What makes us different?

All of our Physical Therapists have extensive post-graduate training in manual therapy.  Manual therapy is a specialty within Physical Therapy in which we use our hands in a variety of treatment techniques to help relieve pain, mobilize joints, normalize posture/alignment and retrain efficient movement.  We provide hands-on care for pain relief and rehabilitation in a one-on-one setting.  Here at MTA we treat the patient holistically, so not just treating the problem area, but examining the entire body.

What can you expect from a treatment session at MTA?

Here at Manual Therapy Associates you can look forward to one-on-one treatment sessions for 1 hour every session!  We pride ourselves in customizing our care to the individual and providing skilled hands on care.  Hands on therapy techniques include massage, mobilizations, muscle re-education, posture re-training, ergonomics, exercise prescription, movement and gait analysis, and modalities.  Manual Therapy Associates therapists focus on returning to function and a higher quality of life. We strive to help guide our patients to a functional, pain-free and independent life.
